By registering for or using Clinician Compliance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Clinician Compliance is operated by Innovations And More Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 11350220).
Clinician Compliance provides a document storage and expiry tracking service for healthcare professionals. We do not verify the authenticity of documents uploaded to the platform and accept no responsibility for the content of uploaded files.
You are responsible for: keeping your login credentials secure; ensuring documents you upload are accurate and comply with applicable laws; and not uploading illegal or harmful content. You must not use the service to store fraudulent, forged, or misleading certificates.
Individual Clinician (£5/month), Organisation (£49/month) and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans are described at cliniciancompliance.com/pricing. Both Individual Clinician and Organisation plans include a 30-day FREE trial with no credit card required at sign-up. Subscriptions are billed quarterly. Individual Clinician accounts may store up to 30 documents / modules; Organisation accounts include up to 10 clinicians, each with up to 30 documents / modules. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered users.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. All uploaded documents and personal data are removed from our systems upon deletion.
Clinician Compliance is a storage tool only. We are not responsible for compliance failures arising from missed renewals. You should not rely solely on this service for compliance management. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
