The platform covers 12 credential categories: BLS, ALS, DBS, Fire Safety, Safeguarding, Infection Control, Information Governance, Professional Registration, Indemnity, Passport, Visa and Other. These map to the credential types most commonly reviewed during CQC inspections, NHS audits and agency accreditation checks.

Yes. Every credential is stored with its expiry date, issue date and document file — timestamped and retrievable in seconds. When an inspector asks for evidence of clinician compliance, you can locate and present any credential immediately. The Organisation Dashboard gives a real-time overview of compliant, expiring and lapsed credentials across your workforce.

Individual Clinician (£5/month, billed quarterly) includes a 30-day FREE trial (no credit card required), up to 30 documents / modules, Smart Upload, Manual Entry, My Compliance Dashboard, PDF compliance reports, and the ability to join organisations when invited.

Organisation (£49/month, billed quarterly) includes a 30-day FREE trial (no credit card required), 1 Organisation, 1 Organisation Admin, up to 10 clinicians, up to 30 documents / modules per clinician, Smart Upload, the Organisation Compliance Dashboard, daily compliance summary emails, and PDF reports. Clinicians keep their own accounts when joining your organisation.

Organisation subscribers receive a daily compliance summary email when clinician documents are expired or expiring soon. Dashboards also highlight credentials expiring within 90 days so clinicians and organisation admins can act before compliance lapses.

Manual Upload supports PDF, JPG, PNG and DOCX files (maximum 10MB per document). Smart Upload currently supports PDF files only and can extract titles, dates and compliance modules automatically where possible. Files are stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Yes. Files are stored securely and accessible only to authorised account holders. We never share your documents or data with third parties. Our Privacy Policy covers all data handling in full.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on any device including smartphones and tablets. This is useful when you need to check or share credentials on-site, in a meeting, or when responding to a remote audit request.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum term and no lock-in.
